We Promise that we will conduct weekend home opens when necessary. 3. We Promise to provide you with a summarised report for ALL applicants for your property and will allow YOU the ability to decide on which Tenant will occupy your property. 4. We Promise that your Property Condition Report will be professionally produced and accompanied by clear photos and detailed comments. 5. We Promise that we will conduct a routine inspection at (approximately) the 6-week mark of the Tenant’s occupancy (pending Tenant negotiation). The inspection report, loaded with photos, will be emailed to you within 5 business days of it being carried out. 6. We Promise to pay you upon both mid-month procedure and end-of-month procedure, so long as there are funds in your ledger to distribute. MVP SERVICE COMMITMENT.
